Dunkin` Donuts in Roanoke

One of the workers sat on their phone instead of taking my order and just looked up at me and went back to playing on her phone.

The guy behind the counter was very helpful with my app order and upgraded my frozen hot chocolate to a large. Even tho he was the only one behind the counter he still got my order out in a timely fashion!! I would definitely recommend it to others!! Keep up the great work Dunkin!!!

Looked clean and presentable, however they didn't get part of my order so I had to wait longer than expected. They were very polite about it though.

The coffee was great; hit the spot. These days in my travels you take your chances when you stop off the freeway whether you're getting the bottom of the pot or if they follow your sugar/cream requirements and it's too late after you drive off. (Well sorta too late anyway, who wants to go back and make a fuss over a cup of coffee). But this coffee was great and the clerks were very friendly (China P it says on my receipt). The only points off was for slowness. I know it's a different world now so that may be why, but I was second in line and it seemed to take forever. I'm glad there were only 2 customers because as it was I was pushed up against the door with the social distancing. Ideally I'd only take 1/2 point off and I feel bad for only a 4.

Total five stars! This spot is clean. There is plenty of parking and they decorated really cool Christmas decorations inside. PS: the DD staff are super friendly and fast.

Unclean and orders weren't prepared right. Not stirred. Really felt like he didn't like his job. Coffee cake was good though.

Mediocre service, only two ppl working and was busy so service was slower, drink was good munchkins were not as fresh as other locations.

There were flies everywhere. The 2 employees not wear the masks in their face but under their chin. 06/27/2020. 8:23:16am. We were wearing our masks. The employee a female handle cash and then touch the donuts with out wearing gloves. After she help us another lady came in wearing a masks she very quickly started to place her masks on, my daughter and me were not important enough for her to place her masks on however this other customer wearing a masks was ???????? Never again

Only went because I had a coupon. Service was terrible. You could tell the employee was not competent in his job. I only ordered 2 items but my coffee was made fast. I had to remind the employee who was literally just standing there staring into space, that I'd ordered munchkins. While I was waiting, I watched the same employee short change another customer. I'd love to see Dunkin hire some competent employees, however, I believe that will be the day pigs learn to fly.

This Dunking Donuts store is awesome. Very friendly staff and their service is timely and efficient. Store is very clean and tidy. Fine eatery experience.

Friendly service & good food, but needs to have their outside light on @ night.

It doesn't have a drive thru but it was one of the first dunkin donuts I frequented when I first moved to Virginia usually they are out of muffins. When I came here today tables and floors we're dirty. But the employees cheerful. Coffee was delicious .

Megan the manager is very professional and extremely nice. Got some munchkins a few weeks ago and they weren't what I was expecting. I called and asked about it and and was informed they had changed. Even though I'm not from Roanoke and wasn't going to be back through for a couple of weeks she took my name and said come back by next time through and we will take care of it. Went by today and they had my order exactly like I anticipated and it was even waiting for me. All the employees had excellent customer service and was always friendly and polite when I called and went in. Keep up the good work.

No drive through, but staff here have always made good coffee for me. I've been stopping in for years

The one on Old Forest Rd has gone down hill since the employees were changed up! I run on Dunkins but not this one! My coffee is wrong every time I went in...dont even bother anymore!

I usually go to the one at towers but was running late getting to work so I stopped at the one on franklin road. Only 2 people working and it took a while to get my order taken. I think if they had more staff things would be alot better.

Franklin Road DD is the best in the area. Always fast, friendly, consistent service.

I go to Dunkin for ice tea. They make the best tea in the state! The service is courteous and quick. My only "negative " is that the price is different every time I go.

It was great fast friendly service early. Kids loved it.

What can i say? Its Dunkin'. Pretty good service while i was there. Felt a little sorry though because it seemed like there was only one oerson working and 5 customers came while i placed my order.
